FAQ

  • Do you have any set-up fees?

No, we do not print with plates or have any setup fees, and do not charge extra for shipping.

  • Do you have a limit on color?

We have virtually no limit on color. Unlike most other companies, we will not charge you based upon how many colors you need.

  • What is a CMYK Four Color Process?

Four Color Process describes the printing process that is used today to print the full color that you see in magazines, newspapers, brochures and labels. Basically, a color image is separated into the four primary colors: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black (known as CMYK) by the use of filters and screens. The result is a color separation of four images that when printed make up the full color image.

In order to keep our prices as low as possible, for your convenience we accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express).  If you have a substantial history of regular orders with us and would like to be considered for NET terms, please contact us to receive a credit application.

  • What kind of materials can you print on?

We are committed to a 3-5 business day lead time for labels and sachets, and a 4-6 business day lead time for shrink sleeves. Please allow 24-48 hours for proofing, and 24 hours for order processing. Please note that any order that requires a plate, i.e. hot stamping, embossing, selective varnish or a custom die cut, will add an additional 24 hours per plate.

The great thing about digital printing is that there are no plates or set up involved. This is why we can give you two options to choose from: 1) For fast service we offer a PDF e-mail to you for approval. 2) If you are not in a rush and your job is color-critical or you’d like to see the “real thing” before committing to a production run, we can send you a physical sample so you can feel it and even apply it to your product for a final decision.
